Sorry, Madoff victims not totally innocent

If you are going to invest large sums of money you do your Due Diligence! This is just one article I found dating back to 1993 where the exchanges were investigating him. This is public record. I hope we don't try to bail them out too.

We want our money back!!!

They either don't know or won't tell us how the money was spent. Wasn't that one of the conditions to receive a bailout? How can they have the audcacity, the arrogance to say they will NOT provide an accounting?
