The latest really has the Dems all in a tizzy. It appears the GOP leadership wants to grant the chairman of the Budget Committee the power to set the years budgetary limits.
Dems are trying to say this goes against the GOP's call for transparency. I dunno, sounds pretty transparent to me. You can spend this much and no more.
This will come back to bite us though if the next congress run by Democrats want to use it.
