The kid in a picture on facebook is holding a .22 that has been modified to look like a AR-15. He is holding it correctly with his finger away from the trigger. And in a picture you can't say it's loaded! Obviously his parent took the picture so he had parental guidance.
They use that picture as an excuse to confiscate!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STUPID
