Now President Obama has oredered a process to identify people with mental health afflictions and add them to a database to keep them from obtaining guns. With medical records now digitized, it should be easy to find people on medications for mental issues. Don't you think that people taking drugs for depression or bipolar disorders should be kept away from firearms? Is this not reasonable and in line with your friends at the NRA?
Do not pretend to tell me who my friends are. The NRA has been a major disappointment.
So Obama is going to deny rights to a group of people based on what less than 1% MIGHT do? We are heading for Minority Report.
None of his provisions would have prevented any of the incidents you libs claim to be so worried about. But a gun in the hands of someone else in that school or theatre would have saved lives.
How are any of these move going to keep guns out of the hands of criminals or wackos?

Yeah..........Let's find the ones who eat their peas from the back of a fork too. And the ones who use body wash instead of bar soap. Let's find every single person who walks into the kitchen during commercial breaks - and the ones that throw out junk mail without even opening it. But if you're going to out and persecute dangerous groups as have been listed - and more, please please start with people who won't use a grass catcher on their lawnmowers.
