Should we fear the government or should they fear us?

let's be realistic....."the constitution is used to PUNISH the citizen....not RESTRAIN GUBMINT abuse".....-butt neckid

to answer the question...."you had better fear the gubmint!!! they can kick down your bedroom door when it pleases them (who is them?)...they (who is they) don't need to fear you....they have more and bigger guns"....-butt neckid

Only because we don't challenge it often enough! We have to find a way, or find someone willing to challenge the constitutionality of the governments actions.

Our bigger "gun" can be the courts. And the ballot box.

courts?.....a judge can creat law with the strike of the gavel...

ballot box?....acorn? chicago dead voters? integrity?....I don't think so...
