Senator Jim Demint on the floor last night raised this objection.

"and I quote -- "it shall not be in order in the senate or the house of representatives to consider any bill, resolution, amendment, or conference report that would repeal or otherwise change this subsection."
This is not legislation. it's not law. this is a rule change. it's a pretty big deal. we will be passing a new law and at the same time creating a senate rule that makes it out of order to amend or even repeal the law. "
Rule changes require a 2/3 vote. This bill is bypassing that requirement.
At the same time Senator Lindsay Graham is challenging the constitutionality of the "bribes" given for votes especially that for Nebraska. If the rest of us are going to have to subsidize them, seems that is against the Bill of Attainder and also the Regulate Commerce clause which is to "make regular" business between states. This gives Nebraska an unfair advantage.
Good for South Carolina. And now a word from our Georgia Senators.... cricket....cricket...

Seems to me, with language like that in the bill, the bill should be required to be passed by 66 and 2/3 senators.
On the other hand, they are all scumsuckin politicians so that makes them less than half the person they should be. So, there are not enough for majority no matter how many vote for it.
This is why they need to be limited to one term. This bill makes one group with more liberties than another group. This bill enslaves one group of people to another. These scumsuckin politicians bargain with our lives like we do not exist.

I wonder about this straight ticket voting process. In Texas, we have straight party ticket vote and I wonder how many people stand in the booth, look at the president and just click on that party? Apparently, the people that straight party vote is going up.

Just spent the last hour reading up on Executive Order 12425, President Obama's amending of this order, dtd December 17, 2009.
Essentially, he has pretty much given INTERPOL "diplomatic immunity". This allows INTERPOL to spy on any US citizen, monitor any and all activities of any US citizen in the US, seize property of US citizens, go in and out of the US with anything.
What he has done is create a foreign police force that can answer to HIM and that operates completely outside of the US Constitution.
Say good-bye to the 4th Amendment. Whatever he cannot accomplish legally in the US he will accomplish through the aiding and abetting of foreign entities.
WTH!!! Okay, moving to front and center, bring me anything you find, starting a new post just for this executive order and sending it to Beck, Boortz and anyone else we can think of.

Ok. So what I have been hearing through the grapevine is that this is all part of a plan to implement martial law in mid to late January of next year. Apparently certain information is going to surface in January that will force Obama to declare martial law. Supposedly certain numbers and results will come out showing which mega banks that received TARP/Stimulus funds are still solvent. The news from what I have heard are going to be pretty grim. I have also been told that there could even be a banking holiday for a couple weeks cause apparently the FDIC is completely broke and there could be some MAJOR restructuring of the banking system as a result. I have also heard that the holiday sales numbers are going to be so bad that department stores and other companies will default on all of their loans at these large institutions. I have even heard that the Blagojevich attorney will implicate Obama and Rahm Emanuel as well as a few other Obama campaign/administration officials in the selling of Obama's Senate seat. Now I am hearing that this Interpol thing is infact 100% acurate. I have also been hearing that our intelligence agencies are relocating to Chicago in secret. I have even heard that it has already been accomplished and the deadline for completing the move was December 15th. This all is so crazy I just am overwhelmed by what is going on.
