Careful there. Such a weapon does exist. We aren't the only ones with this type of technology. I guarantee you that Chavez has inside information on this because of his connections to Russia. Russia themselves have multiple locations around the world using this type weapons system. This technology is more devastating than nuclear weapons. I promise you that the US is considering hitting Iran with a horrible earthquake generated using this technology. This is scalar wave technology. It is the most incredible weapon ever devised by mankind. The purpose of this weapon is to strike your enemy and then be able to deny involvement by blaming it on mother nature. Sounds like science fiction however the truth is that now it is science fact.

I can not believe our government would deliberately kill 70,000 people just to test a new weapon.

Iran already sits on one of the most dangerous faults in the world and gets hit with a massive quake pretty regularly. Infact, they are overdue. So how could we tell!

It's also used in medical treatments.

I stand by what I have said in the past about our government. Our government is worse by far than Nazi Germany and we are responsible for the deaths of millions of innocent people. Unfortunately no matter what anyone says that is the reality. I know we want to think we are this altruistic force in the world, but that is PURELY a cover. I just don't know what to tell you. The things our government haven't told us about what they are doing would literally shock people. I mean hell people are just now realizing that the CIA funds terrorism and brings illegal drugs into the country. Heck Ron Paul just recently dropped the bomb and exposed that our entire military is completely controlled by the CIA. He even confirmed that they are responsible for bringing drugs into the US. These are not nice people.

Bringing drugs in is an old story.

I've been doing some looking online about scalar, but not finding anything credible yet. I did say yet!

Do you recommend a site?

In army airborne school, troops are trained in parachute landing form (PLF) which is more of a roll. It involves landing on the feet first, "collapsing" to one side or the other, and then "rolling" out. Apparently in Venezuela, their parachutists are trained to land full impact on the head. Chavez had one too many of these special Venezuela landings.

Seriously, though, there has been a lot of stuff about HAARP out there for as long as I can remember. A lot of it is just not supported by actual application.

After Northern Warfare Training, I had various radio training assignments in the field and we relied on CHIPSOUNDER data for optimum transmission frequency/antenna choice. That also involved oblique soundings for optimum skip used to predict long haul transmission during various sun spot cycles. HAARP effects ionosphere electron/ion concentrations. There was no correlation between testing and seismic activity while I was up there and they were playing with that stuff all of the time.

Forget HAARP! What concerns me is, how long will it be before the local police get some of these?
